What is it
Brand new gateway and wayfinding signage across two business parks in Buckinghamshire to boost brand recognition.
Project Scope
Working with wayfinding expert Placemarque, we drew up detailed plans, liaised with the structural engineer, manufactured and installed these fantastic, eye catching signs.
The Specifics
We carried out a feasibility study at the outset of the project to assess power availability at the sites and determine whether or not illuminated signs would be feasible.
We reviewed wayfinding expert Placemarque’s proposed sign locations and advised on adjusting the locations of totem signs to avoid conflicts with underground services.
We collaborated with Placemarque to provide input into the detailed design specifications. Taking Placemarque’s designs, we advised on the detailed design to ensure a weather-proof solution that would withstand all weather conditions. And, above all, we adopted the British standards regarding the safe installation of signs.
We advised on adjusting the sign sizes in order to get the best sheet yield, and reviewed the proposed finishes too, to maximise value for the client.
The Benefits
Across the two sites, we streamlined our installation process to minimise disruption to estate activities.
In total, we’ve installed 22 new signs across the two sites and they’re looking fantastic, bringing a fresh look to these two business parks.
