We manufacture to our ISO 9001 certified quality management system, with checks at each stage from cutting and printing through to assembly and a final inspection before anything leaves the workshop.

Print and finishing

Our flatbed printer prints directly onto rigid materials, while roll to roll printing and laminating produce durable graphics for windows, walls, hoardings and signs. Graphics are applied on our RollsRoller for a clean, accurate finish every time.

Fabrication, illumination and paint

The shop floor team cuts, fabricates and assembles everything from sign trays and letters to frames and housings, fits and wires LED illumination, and finishes work by wet spray to match your brand colours exactly.

A trusted supply chain

For specialist processes and the largest structures, we work with a carefully selected supply chain held to the same standards, with our team managing every step. Structural elements are backed by structural calculations and EN 1090 certified fabrication.

Manufacture is one part of a single service. We also handle design, installation and maintenance, so there is one point of contact and one company responsible from the first survey to the finished sign and beyond.

Based in Manchester, working across the UK

We are based in Bolton and manufacture and install signage across Manchester, Greater Manchester and the North West every week. We also work nationwide, from single sites to multi site rollouts and public sector frameworks, so wherever your project is in the UK, one team looks after it.

Questions we’re often asked

Do you make your signs yourselves?

Yes. Our signs are made to order in our 3,000 sq ft workshop in Bolton, Greater Manchester. For specialist processes we use a selected supply chain, managed by our team.

What equipment do you have in your workshop?

CNC routing, flatbed printing, roll to roll printing, laminating, a RollsRoller application table, metalwork and fabrication, sign and LED illumination assembly, and wet spray painting.

Can you match our brand colours?

Yes. We wet spray to RAL and brand colours and colour match printed graphics to your guidelines.

Do you make illuminated signs?

Yes. We assemble and wire LED illumination in our workshop, for fascias, built up letters, totems and lightboxes.

Can you manufacture for a rollout across many sites?

Yes. We have manufactured and installed signage for more than 40 sites for a single client, from window graphics to 6m totems.

Do you deliver outside Greater Manchester?

Yes. We manufacture in Bolton and deliver and install across the whole of the UK.
