Wayfinding that supports fire safety
In England, residential buildings with a top storey over 18 metres must have floor and flat identification signage that firefighters can read in low light under the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022. We have delivered updated internal wayfinding to enhance safety at Manchester residential towers, with clear floor identification and flat direction signs on every level.
Estate wide rebrands
For Southway Housing Trust we are rolling out a new visual brand across the estate, starting with its headquarters on Princess Road in south Manchester: rewrapped totems, repositioned vehicle entrance signs, new high level built up letters and site wide visitor signage, with eight more sites to follow.
Estates and parking
For Castlefield Estates we refreshed the parking signage to meet updated legal requirements and the estate brand, with two totems, 10 lamp post signs and 20 wayfinding signs in an aged black powder coated finish.
