Choosing the right illumination

• Face lit letters glow through an opal acrylic face, giving the brightest and most legible result from a distance
• Halo lit letters shine light back onto the wall behind for a soft, premium outline

Flex face and fascia lightboxes

For large shopfronts, showrooms and forecourts, flex face lightboxes stretch a printed face across an illuminated frame, giving a big, evenly lit sign in a single piece with no visible joints. Illuminated fascia trays can combine built up or push through lettering with a lit panel for a cleaner look.

Neon

Neon brings character to bars, restaurants, shops and interiors. We make bespoke neon signs to your artwork, from logos and slogans to feature pieces.

LED, controls and efficiency

Our illuminated signs use LED lighting, which uses less energy, runs cooler and lasts far longer than older fluorescent systems. We can fit timers, photocells and dimmers, so your sign comes on at dusk, switches off when you want it to and runs at the right brightness for its surroundings.

Made and wired in our workshop

We fabricate, assemble and wire every illuminated sign in our Bolton workshop under our ISO 9001 quality management system. Signs are supplied ready for final electrical connection by your contracted electrician, and our installation teams coordinate with them on site.

Planning and consent

Illuminated signs usually need advertisement consent, and there are extra rules on brightness in some locations. We prepare the drawings and technical data and complete the application for you, including listed building and conservation area consents where needed.

What types of illuminated sign do you make?

Can the sign switch on and off automatically?

Yes. We fit timers, photocells and dimmers so the sign lights at dusk, switches off when you choose and runs at the right brightness.

Who makes the electrical connection?

We supply signs fully wired and ready for final connection by your contracted electrician, and coordinate with them during installation.
